At Gabriel Health, we believe that true healthcare goes beyond treating illness—it’s about empowering health and enhancing independence. Our mission is to provide innovative, technology-driven solutions that help individuals, especially veterans, take control of their well-being and live fuller, healthier lives.

Born from a vision to revolutionize proactive healthcare, Gabriel Health started in Hawaii with a commitment to human-centered innovation. What began as a small idea has now grown into a global effort, collaborating with some of the world’s leading organizations to redefine care for those who need it most. Our journey is guided by one fundamental belief: healthcare should be accessible, intuitive, and empowering—not reactive, complex, or burdensome.

At the core of our approach is cutting-edge technology designed to seamlessly integrate into everyday life. Our contactless monitoring system, powered by ballistocardiography (BCG) and photobiomodulation therapy (PBM), enables real-time health tracking and personalized, non-invasive treatments. With AI-driven insights and proactive interventions, we help individuals and caregivers stay ahead of health challenges before they become crises.

We are more than a technology company—we are a partner in well-being. Whether it’s supporting veterans recovering from PTSD, helping families care for aging loved ones, or enhancing the quality of care in facilities, we are committed to providing solutions that foster dignity, autonomy, and peace of mind.

With every innovation, we move closer to a future where healthcare is smarter, more compassionate, and deeply personal. At Gabriel Health, we don’t just help people survive—we help them thrive.
